Who We Are

The Facadia Story

Facadia was founded in 2014 by a licensed plasterer and painter who grew frustrated watching homeowners navigate the chaos of coordinating multiple subcontractors — each one blaming the others when something went wrong, and none of them taking true ownership of the finished product.

The solution was obvious: build a company that holds both the C-33 Painting and C-35 Plastering licenses, so one team can handle the entire exterior scope — legally, expertly, and accountably.

We began in Sherman Oaks, built our first reputation project by project, and expanded our service footprint as the referrals grew. Today, we work exclusively on premium residential properties valued between $900K and $3M — homes where the owners care deeply about quality, trust their contractors, and expect a result that justifies a premium investment.

Our daily photo progress reports — a practice we pioneered for our clients — have become the standard our clients expect and the reason they refer us without hesitation. Transparency is not a selling point for us. It's our operating culture.

Lathing & Plastering license issued by the California Contractors State License Board. Authorizes all stucco, plaster, EIFS, and lathing work — including structural repair — performed legally by our licensed crew.

$2M General Liability Insurance

Fully insured for $2 million in general liability coverage on every project. Your property and your peace of mind are protected from day one through project completion.

If anything fails within 5 years that is attributable to our materials or workmanship, we return to the property and correct it at absolutely no cost to you. No negotiation, no debate — we fix it.
